Now that I am back in the world of the working, I wanted to take a minute to send you our thanks for a wonderful evening last Saturday night.

Both James and I thoroughly enjoyed our 30th birthdays, and were both impressed with the level of service and quality of the food at The Orange Tree.  My only regret is that we didn’t have room for dessert!!  However, we really do hope to come back one day, and will ensure that we have the trio of desserts then!

Your charming waitress offered to give us the recipe for the gluten free roll that you serve, which Margaret thought was the best gluten-free bread she had tasted. I expect the secret is the flour, so I'd be grateful if you could let me know where to get it, if you can find time in your busy schedule to respond with the recipe!
