Victoria, Australia A fruit driven and vibrant Australian red that combines well the juicy dark berry fruit from the Cabernet with the rich spicy characteristics of the Shiraz.

Campo de Borja, Navarra, Spain This wine is alive with ripe youthful Garnacha (Grenache) fruit and has a wonderful concentration and a plasing spicy bite. It is made 40 miles South East of Rioja in Northern Spain

Cave de Prisse, Burgundy, France This is a light weight, jammy Macon , with fresh red cherry and strawberry fruits. Its soft tannins make this wine extremely approachable. This wine also responds well to being served chilled.

Hawkes Bay, New Zealand One of New Zealand’s finest reds where minty fresh fruit with red berry notes predominate, this wine is very Bordeaux like in style. A wine of true class it has a lovely tannic balance and is very persistent on the palate.

Rioja, Spain Founded in 1874, this Bodega produces one of the most traditional style Rioja’s on the market. Ripe red cherry fruit is balanced with a smoky note and leathery finish from the oak.

Bekaa Valley, Lebanon A deep red almost brick coloured wine with a nose showing plenty of complex spicy character. It is an n amazing and intriguing red with soft tannins and oak integration.
General Taste Guide as defined by the Wine Development Board White Wine – A scale using numbers 1 to 9, of dryness to sweetness, has been used. Number 1 signifies very dry wines, e.g. Muscadet; Number 8 indicates a sweet wine, e.g. Banyuls Red Wine – The guide for red wine uses a simple five-point scale.
