Working in conjunction with our Wine Merchant we have created a wine list which, we believe, offers great quality and value. Whilst we endeavour to offer wines from both the principal grape varieties and countries of production, compatibility with our menu is always considered.

We make no apology in listing the fabulous ‘Villa Wolf’ wines as House Wines.

Yes … a play on words, but terrific wines by the 2006 ‘Winemaker of the Year’ Ernst Loosen.

34.	Cotes du Rhone Villages ‘Seigneurie de Gicon’ – Chusclan Totally dependable vibrant Cotes du Rhone with hedgerow fruit, white pepper and a touch of spice. Ideal with dark meats and richer poultry dishes.	France		£19.00
35.	Chateau Les Belles Murailles, Bordeaux Our adopted House Claret made from a high percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon which is further enhanced by skilful yet minimal oak integration.	France		£19.50
36.	Urbina Crianza Rioja A terrific old fashioned Rioja made predominantly from old vine Tempranillo fruit and then aged and enhanced in oak for 12 months, with a kiss of vanilla.	Spain		£26.00
